When we provide a free quotation for you, our team will arrive with presentation folders containing before & after example pictures along with step by step details of the work ahead.
We will complete a full survey and risk assessment before commencing any work to identify any problem areas and ensure that the work can be completed in a safe manner. All quotations are confirmed in writing or by email UNLESS the job is to be completed on the same day, i.e. minor jobs.
We tidy up after ourselves in order to minimise any mess. This protects both your property and surrounding areas/properties.
All employees carry proof of identification and NO PAYMENT is taken until the job is complete – and you are 100% happy.
